How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We value your custom and strive to provide a service that is second to none.
All orders placed by 12:00 am Monday to Thursday will be delivered the following day. Orders placed on Thursday noon or Friday before noon will be delivered on the following Monday.
If we are unable to ship an order on time we will contact you immediately to inform you. You will appreciate we cannot advise on specific times of delivery and we confirm that all deliveries will be made during business hours only. Should the courier be unable to obtain a signature and acceptance of delivery at the indicated address, notification will be left for the addressee to arrange collection or agree a new delivery time.
Some fragile products, particularly body panels, require specialist couriers given their large dimensions and fragile nature. To be assured of delivery please contact us for confirmation before placing an order.
BS Auto Recyclers reserves the right to ship with any courier service deemed appropriate for any order and also to ship any order in multiple shipments should the need arise.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Shipping online is only available to locations within the Republic of Ireland. If you have an order that you wish to ship internationally please call 041 9823587 for information on pricing.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
During Checkout you may choose any of the payment options available to you At this moment in time we we accept Credit Card payments through Visa, Mastercard and America Express. We also accept Paypal payments.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Your Payment information is secured not only by us but also by two well known online payment services, Stripe and Paypal depending on your preference. These services operate with there own incrypted lines and you dont need to share your bank or credit card information with e-tailers

ORDERS AND RETURNS
How do I place an Order?
Use are product filter or search bar to find a part and then add it to your cart. When you are happy with your cart proceed to checkout. Here you need to enter your address and delivery information and then select a payment method, you can pay either by Credit card or Paypal. You will then receive an email notification that your order is been processed and shortly afterwards you will receive further notification that the order was completed and a successful transaction was made.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If for some reason you would like to cancel your order please contact us at 041 982 3587 and we will do that for you and refund your credit card. Please note that this will incur a small tranaction fee of 3% and if order is in shipping will require the return of the part and the shipping fee will not be refunded.
How Can I Return a Product?
In the event of part failure, Please return the part within 7 working days ( excluding Sat ) and a replacement part will be supplied. If a replacement part cannot be supplied a full refund will be given. The item must be in its original condition with no signs of tampering and all security tags still intact. BS Auto Recyclers will issue a full refund for the price of the part upon receipt and inspection of the part (This does not include shipping prices). Please try and return in original packaging, if not please try to ensure packaging is strong enough to avoid damage while in transit.
